Looks like I need to buy a new suit.
Affiliate Summit, the premiere Affiliate Marketing Conference (since 2003) is holding it’s popular WEST Conference in Las Vegas on January 13th – 15th at Caesars Palace. (#ASW13)
The Vegas Affiliate Summits are always the largest, most cost effective for many (non-gambling) travelers and this upcoming ASW13 event is slated to top previous record breaking attendance numbers.
Can you believe that Affiliate Summit started with roughly 200 attendees in 2003 and has reached over 5,000 attendees in Vegas, 2012?
Why do I need a new suit? Because I get the honor and privilage of serving as Emcee for ASW13!
That’s right, for those of you smart enough to attend the Keynote Sessions and general events, I get to stand on stage and make a fool of myself before you. (I intend to act professionally, however, making a fool of myself comes so naturally.) #theregoestheneighborhood
My Affiliate Summit Highlights.
In January 2011, at Affiliate Summit West, I was honored with the Affiliate Marketing Legend Award from Affiliate Summit’s Pinnacle Awards.
I’ve participated in the “Newcomer Program”, sponsored, presented, or sat on a panel at most Affiliate Summit Conferences since 2003.
Now, I get to add “Emcee” to my Affiliate Summit history!
I am super excited to take on the role of Emcee, as I’ve never done so before, and I am passionately in love with Affiliate Summit. (Yes, it’s possible.)

And, the Keynote Speakers? Amazing.
As of the writing of this post, the following Keynotes have been announced:
- Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger – The only player in Notre Dame’s history to be carried off the field on his teammates’ shoulders, the subject of the inspiring movie “Rudy”, and best selling author.
- Julie Clark – Founder of the wildly popular “Baby Einstein” company, author and brand genius.
- Tim Ash, CEO of SiteTuners – the conversion specialists and best-selling author of the book, “Landing Page Optimization”. (He’s wicked-smart, and a great guy.)
